What to sign in with
Owners sign in with the email address the account was opened with. Staff accounts can sign in with a username instead - both go in the same field, so you do not need a separate email address for every cashier.
After repeated failed attempts an account locks itself for a short period and then unlocks on its own. Wait for the countdown shown on screen to run out rather than retrying.
Signing in without a connection
If you have already signed in on the device, FivePOS can carry on with your last session while you are offline, so a dropped connection does not stop you serving customers. Signing in fresh needs internet.
